To promote their products to the SME channel, Siemens Enterprise Communications use a reseller channel.

In order to support this channel we developed an online tool called Campaign Builder, which allows professional, targeted marketing campaigns to be produced for the reseller's customer base, segmented by product or vertical.

These items (which include direct mail pieces, emailers and web-banners) can then be personalised with the reseller's details, logos, URLs and calls to action. Once ordered, the solution, if required, enables distribution to their mailing database on the reseller's behalf.

For the reseller the solution facilitates the acquisition of professional marketing collateral, for their own campaigns at minimal effort and cost; and for Siemens Enterprise Communications it ensures the messaging used by the channel is consistent and of the high standard they demand.
