Hi, I'm David and I am one of the guys responsible for developing some of the marketing strategy behind our work. I also help look after the running of bda with Andy and Paul.

I come from a background in sales, which was full of highs and lows, but was undeniably a fantastic and challenging way to learn about business, plus gain an insight into customers and their needs and wants. I have done a number of CIM marketing qualifications in my time and have become a stickler for great customer service, as well as wanting to get inside the minds of a target audience. If I had to sum marketing up in one line, it would be as follows - find out what the customer wants and then give it to them.
